Leveraging the capabilities of the Now Platform®, the app stands out with its modern interface and user-friendly design.

Within the application, users can easily:

• IT: Request a laptop or reset a password.
• Facilities: Set up a new workspace or reserve a conference room.
• Finance: Request a corporate credit card.
• Legal: Facilitate the signing of an NDA for a new vendor or onboarding documents for new hires.
• HR: Create or update personal profiles and review vacation policies.

By utilizing the Now Platform®, Now Mobile effectively simplifies complex backend processes, enabling employees to manage workflows efficiently without needing to know the specific departments involved in each task.
